Accounts Payable Specialist
Accounts Payable Specialist located in Blue Ash, Ohio
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Vaco is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support a corporate accounting team. This position will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate AP records, reconciling accounts, and providing support to vendors and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process invoices for payment
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and GL coding
- Process credit card statements and reconcile vendor accounts
- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding AP
- Research and resolve discrepancies and posting errors
- Process vendor payments and maintain supporting documentation
- Assist with AP month-end close
- Maintain accurate and organized files and records
- Assist with accounting projects and other departmental duties as needed
Qualifications
- Knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Experience with accounting software and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
