Accounts Receivable Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Entry-Level Accounts Receivable Specialist for our client located in Cincinnati, OH. This position will sit onsite in the New Burlington area and will start on a contract basis with the plan to go permanent based on performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in accounting and finance! The role will focus on business to business collections both via email and over the phone. You'll gain hands-on experience and work in a collaborative environment that values attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage collections through email and phone communication
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain positive client relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
