About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing a TA strategy that aligns with business growth, workforce readiness, and long-term organizational goals. This pivotal role involves building and managing a high-performing TA team, establishing scalable processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Head of TA will also serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing talent market intelligence, and leading executive and critical leadership searches. Applicants for the Head of TA position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive talent acquisition experience, with a preference for those who have worked in large, complex organizations. A proven track record of at least 6 years in leading and managing a growing TA team is essential, as is direct experience in leading TA for a commercial build. The role requires a candidate with a global perspective, capable of driving full-cycle recruitment for executive, specialized, and business-critical roles. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging innovative sourcing, talent mapping, and workforce planning to attract top talent, and will champion strategic recruiting initiatives across various domains, including employer branding, early-career talent, DE&I, and regulatory compliance.
