Role Overview

The Omnichannel Marketing Manager will play a critical, hands-on role supporting a fast-growing consumer brand within a leading global CPG organization. This role will focus on the end-to-end execution of omnichannel marketing, retail media, and shopper marketing activations across key retailer ecosystems.

This position is ideal for a strong executor with CPG experience who understands how to bring brand strategy to life at retail. The right candidate will have strong hands-on retail media and shopper marketing experience and be comfortable partnering closely with brand, sales, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute performance-driven programs across major retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of omnichannel marketing and retail media campaigns across major retailer ecosystems.
• Launch, manage, and optimize retail media and search campaigns across key platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel, KPM, and Instacart .
• Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies and activations that connect brand priorities with retailer and shopper objectives.
• Support seasonal campaigns, innovation launches, and key retail moments across priority retailers.
• Translate brand objectives, retailer priorities, and shopper insights into targeted activation strategies that drive conversion, ROAS, basket growth, and overall business performance .
• Execute campaign setup, trafficking, QA, in-flight optimization, and performance monitoring directly within retail media platforms.
• Partner closely with brand marketing, sales, analytics, legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, timelines, and flawless execution.
• Collaborate with retailer and media partners to identify opportunities and strengthen omnichannel activation plans.
• Monitor campaign performance, competitive activity, retailer trends, and shopper behavior to deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives and help establish best practices that elevate omnichannel and retail media execution.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in omnichannel marketing, retail media, shopper marketing, or commerce marketing , preferably within CPG.
• Strong shopper marketing and retail media experience is essential .
• Proven hands-on experience launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns directly within retail media platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Roundel, KPM, Instacart, and retailer onsite media .
• Experience developing omnichannel programs across major retailer ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of how brand marketing, shopper marketing, sales, and retail media work together to drive conversion and business results.
• Performance-driven mindset with a strong focus on ROAS, conversion, efficiency, and measurable business impact .
• Highly organized self-starter who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
