Facility Operations Specialist (Technical & Administrative Support)

Candidates applying to this role will be considered for the following positions based on their qualifications and experience: CAD Operator/Technician and Customer Service/Administrative Representative.
Job Description: Provide critical technical and administrative support for facility operations in a large federal building. Positions include developing digital infrastructure records and construction documents, as well as managing customer service operations through our work order system. These roles require strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication abilities. Work closely with property management, engineering staff, and agency personnel. Customer Service desk is fully staffed between 6AM-6PM.
Summarized Requirements:
CAD Operator/Technician: Maintain digital building records, develop biddable documents, create as-builds, coordinate architectural/MEP requirements, gather field conditions data.
- Associate's degree in construction-related field
- Minimum 3 years architectural construction document development experience
- Proficiency with MicroStation, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project)
- Skills: Knowledge of architectural/engineering/MEP systems, excellent written/verbal communication, flexible working hours when needed
Customer Service/Administrative Representative: Input government requests into CMMS correctly and timely, distribute work orders to technicians, assist with invoicing
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency with CMMS Systems (TMA experience preferred) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project)
- Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication, ability to prioritize multiple projects, flexible working hours when needed

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
