Project Coordinator
Our client, a strong well-established commercial services company located in Kennesaw, GA, is searching for a project coordinator. This is a permanent position with competitive benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Support and work with project managers and their clients
- Process warranty claims and provide follow up
- Coordinate work orders and schedule service technicians
- Coordinate and schedule repairs with outside contractors
- Provide superior customer service
- Administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry
- 2-4 years of experience scheduling repair technicians
- 2-4 years of customer service experience
- Experience with warranty claims
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
