Financial Accounting Operation Specialist

Position Overview Financial Accounting Operation Specialist – Mason, OH (remote with required in‑person training). 5 days per week on 8‑hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm ET. The role is non‑management, non‑exempt and operates the 1st shift. Responsibilities Receive, validate, and enter information into finance systems. Maintain internal controls and generate tracking reports for reconciliations and analysis. Monitor and update controls to ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies. Conduct independent analysis to resolve complex and varied work‑process issues. Interpret and communicate departmental and organizational policies and procedures. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences Associate’s degree in Accounting. Experience working in the healthcare industry. Experience with billing processes.
