Job Description Title: Desktop Support Duration: 6 Months Purpose/Scope This contractor will be responsible for assistance in evaluating, reviewing, sorting and standardizing software package data for compilation into a Senate Bill report. Once the data is standardized with the Senate Bill report, this contractor will assist with other project planning for the Deskside Support Services Enterprise Manager. Contractor will be directed by Deskside Enterprise Manager and will also work with 10 Deskside Managers who are located across the state. Data will be provided via email, Google Drive and conference calls. Additionally, this contractor will be assisting with project planning tasks, reports, and/or gathering additional information from the Deskside Managers. Qualifications Skills: Basic knowledge of Desktop End User working environment Basic knowledge of searching for software components to determine if they are part of a software package or an independent software program Advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas Basic knowledge of Google Drive Proficient in communicating in person and in writing Able to work well with others, take direction, and offer suggestions Self motivated working independently Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
