Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will engage with clients both individually and as couples, focusing on various issues that impact family dynamics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of client needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that address complex family issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Supporting families undergoing significant transitions, such as separation, divorce, or blended family adjustments.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to promote emotional healing and interpersonal skills within the family unit.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client population, including couples, children, and adolescents experiencing a range of emotional and relational challenges. Your work will be crucial in addressing issues such as job stress, conflicts among family members, and the impacts of medical issues on family dynamics. By promoting mental well-being and problem-solving strategies, you will help clients achieve healthier interactions and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n
