Recruiter

Stature Strategy is growing, and we’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Traverse City, Michigan. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to build talent pipelines, engage high-quality candidates, and manage search work with professionalism, urgency, and sound judgment. We’re especially interested in someone with 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience supporting middle-market companies, along with a strong professional foundation in areas like finance, accounting, business, HR, or professional services. At Stature Strategy, we partner with businesses on talent, search, and strategic hiring needs. We’re looking for someone who can operate as more than a resume-matcher: someone who can understand a role, read a business, and help drive a strong search process from outreach through placement. What you’ll be doing: Leading sourcing and recruiting efforts across a range of searches Building candidate pipelines and talent maps Conducting outreach, screening, and candidate qualification Managing search workflow, communication, and follow-through Supporting high-quality execution for middle-market client engagements What we’re looking for: 5+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or search experience Experience working with middle-market companies Strong communication skills and professional presence High attention to detail, responsiveness, and follow-through A business-minded approach to recruiting and talent assessment Background in finance, accounting, business, HR, or related professional environments strongly preferred Work arrangement: Hybrid / in-person preference depending on the candidate Learn more about us here: #J-18808-Ljbffr Stature Strategy
