Technical Support Analyst

There is an opportunity in Midtown Manhattan for someone earlier in their IT career who wants more than a basic support role. You will join a fast-growing investment firm where technology is a major part of the business and where the environment continues to expand. The firm has grown to nearly 200 employees, has more than $30 billion in assets, and expects to grow significantly over the next several years. This is a hands-on role in a full cloud environment. You will support users, business-critical applications, hardware, software, conference room technology, mobile devices, and a combination of off-the-shelf and internally developed trading applications. The technology environment includes Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra, mobile device management, AV, and other tools used across a high-performance financial firm. You will also get exposure beyond day-to-day support. There will be opportunities to work with the Infrastructure Manager and Applications Engineering Manager on projects and initiatives that will help you build stronger skills across infrastructure, applications, cloud technology, and the broader IT environment. The manager is someone I have known for more than 15 years. He is calm under pressure, focused on results, and genuinely interested in helping people develop. He gives his team room to work and provides support and direction when needed. You do not need to know everything on day one. You should have a solid technical foundation, good communication skills, curiosity, reliability, and the desire to keep learning.
