A commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Minimum of 2-3 years in a helpdesk or IT support role. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. Experience with cloud-based services and virtualization technologies.
