Field RecruiterThis Field Recruiter role will focus on recruiting Sales Associate positions for our stores in a multi-state territory. Responsibilities include filling high volume roles weekly, meeting recruiting targets while maintaining an excellent candidate experience, and partnering with internal clients to deliver regular updates and superior service.Qualifications include 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a high volume staffing environment, prior experience recruiting in high volume retail, experience with Microsoft office and the ability to offer internal clients needed reports weekly, a focus on goals and metrics with a drive to achieve business outcomes, an excellent bedside manner with a focus on being a valued consultant to hiring managers, experience identifying areas for process improvement and driving solutions, strong sourcing skills needed to include social media, cold calling and creative recruiting techniques, experience with applicant tracking systems a plus, ability to travel as needed, and strong communication and computer skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
