Valiente Mott is a personal injury law firm looking for a motivated, self-starter for our Las Vegas office to take the role of a Receptionist. Experience in the legal industry is required. This is a full-time position for someone who is looking for a long term commitment with opportunities to grow. Requirements Experience handling a multi-line phone system Extraordinary phone etiquette Strong organizational skills Manages front office area Orders supplies Ensures smooth overall day-to-day office operations from an administrative standpoint Proven people skills Able to Multi-Task Bilingual English/Spanish required Benefits Paid vacation, as well as certain paid holidays.
