The individuals we are seeking will have both property condition assessment (PCA) and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) experience.This position requires management of multiple concurrent projects with minimal oversight; a willingness to travel regionally at least 50% of the time; exceptional writing and verbal communication skills; and the ability to meet deadlines without exception. All airline/hotel reward benefits are recouped by the employee.ResponsibilitiesConduct Phase I Environmental Site AssessmentsConduct PCAs in accordance with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae requirementsWrite professional PCA/ESA reports Represent Blackstone to the client in a professional mannerPerform other consulting project duties as assignedWork from a remote-home setting with organizational support Frequent regional travel and/or field work (valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required)QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Architecture, related environmental/engineering field, or equivalent experience.Minimum three (3) years of experience in technical activities directly related to PCA/ESA activities, including report writing and field investigation.Experience in performing Phase I ESAs and PCAsAbility to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with co-workers, clients and subcontractorsAbility to work with minimal oversight, but take direction from senior managersAbility to meet deadlines, both internally and externallyJob type: FULL TIMECategories: AEC
