We are looking for a Repair Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for repairing/assessing condition of power tools and auto parts.
You must also provide good customer service, explain any necessary repairs in detail and provide advice to the customer about maintenance and operation of their power tool.
Responsibilities:
Repair power tools, replace parts for TPMS
reading blueprints, soldering, and handling Q&A with customers on technical emails.
Assist in daily warehouse operation support on pick/pack/ship when necessary
Managing/maintaining case logs on repair/return lists across various selling platforms
- Diagnose, test, troubleshoot, and maintain various power tools
- Provide timely repairs for customer's tools
- Provide customer service to customers on repair-related questions - Follow safety guidelines specifically related to power tools
- Perform quality checks on repaired tools to ensure they are functioning properly, provide feedback to sales dept.
- Track tools and supplies used in the repairs
- Clean and lubricate tools when necessary
Teamwork and communicate daily with warehouse supervisor and operation dept
Qualification:
Previous experience as a mechanic (1 year preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Able to self prioritize work and be self motivated on tasks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
