Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW, your key responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilizing solution-based therapeutic interventions to support patients in overcoming their challenges.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and counselors, to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Providing educational resources and emotional support to patients and their families, empowering them to participate actively in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals seeking assistance with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, and other psychosocial challenges. As an LCSW, you will engage with a variety of patients from diverse backgrounds and diodes, assisting them in their recovery and personal growth. Qualifications

Qualified candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Arizona.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
