Remote LCSW - Telehealth

This full-time position allows for flexible work hours and a completely remote work setting. You will have the autonomy to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle while serving clients from the comfort of your own home. Our primary mode of interaction will be through video conferencing, ensuring that you can connect with clients effectively and efficiently. Your primary responsibility as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be to provide clinical mental health services. Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.

Creating and monitoring person-centered treatment plans that utilize a recovery solution-based approach.

Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records while minimizing administrative burdens through our streamlined systems.

In this role, you will primarily be working with adult clients who demonstrate stability and have a lower acuity of mental health needs. The focus will be on providing ongoing support to improve their quality of life and facilitate their process of personal growth and recovery. You will have the opportunity to tailor your approach to match the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships.

A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Current and active state license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), allowing for independent practice without supervision.

Proficient in computer usage and comfortable working with digital platforms for client management.

Reliable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate virtual counseling sessions.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in working with diverse populations or in a detox/rehabilitation setting will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth practices and an understanding of the challenges facing clients in recovery can enhance the therapeutic process.
