More info at Akidolabs.com. IPA Operations Manager The Opportunity Akido is building delegated IPA/MSO infrastructure across Southern California, and this role sits at the center of that work. As IPA Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our physician network — the person practices call when something needs to get done and the face of the IPA in the field. You’ll report directly to senior IPA leadership with high visibility and real ownership from day one. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to shape how a growing Medicare Advantage organization operates, with a clear path to Director for the right candidate. What You’ll Do Own day-to-day IPA operations — intake and routing of issues from health plans, providers, and patients, through to resolution Serve as the primary relationship holder for physician offices across the network, maintaining regular touchpoints and structured feedback loops Rebuild and deepen trust with independent physician practices by following through on commitments and connecting them to MSO and corporate resources Coordinate with the Regional Growth Director on provider recruitment, onboarding, and network gap tracking Support provider onboarding end‑to‑end — ensuring new practices are welcomed, activated, and operationally integrated Monitor health plan communications and flag issues requiring leadership escalation before they become problems Manage MSO coordination — tracking invoices, documentation, and operational workflows between the IPA and MSO Capture physician feedback systematically and surface trends to leadership to inform network strategy Represent the IPA at provider office visits, onboarding meetings, and network engagement events across Southern California Who You Are 3–6+ years of experience in managed care, IPA, or MSO operations (preferred) Demonstrated track record building trust with independent physician practices (preferred) Familiarity with Medicare Advantage and value-based care structures, including capitation and delegated model mechanics (preferred) Strong communicator across clinical and administrative audiences — equally effective with an office manager and a physician Highly organized and self-directed; comfortable owning a broad scope without a detailed playbook Experience coordinating between health plans, provider offices, and MSO or administrative teams Proficiency in standard operational tools — CRM, tracking spreadsheets, provider portals Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred; additional SoCal community languages a plus Bachelor’s degree required; MHA or related graduate degree a plus Salary range: $80,000 USD - $115,000 USD Akido Labs, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage qualified applicants of every background, ability, and life experience to contact us about appropriate employment opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Akido Labs
