Team Leader Assistant needed immediately! The Team Leader Assistant supports the Production Team Lead in coordinating daily production activities, maintaining product quality and safety standards, promoting a positive team environment, and helping ensure customer specifications and company goals are met.

Team Leader Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:45am to 04:30pm)

• Maintain a positive culture while promoting a team environment.
• Oversee the day-to-day flow of production on your line.
• Working with the team lead to ensure timely production of products per customer specification.
• Work with the production employees to ensure timely and accurate production.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Assist team lead on accurately completing work order paperwork.
• Routinely check product to ensure accurate quality, pack, labeling, and general aesthetic; communicate and correct any nonconformance issues with help from involved team members.
• Mentor and engage new employees to ensure they are comfortable, confident, and engaged with the team.
• Monitor and take necessary action to ensure safe work conditions exist and safety rules and guidelines are followed and/or enforced.
• Identify areas for improvement and/or problems on your line; work with the team lead implementing new practices or correcting current procedures.

Team Leader Assistant Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong work history required.
• Minimum of 1-year related experience.
• Comfortable working in a climate-controlled facility with temps averaging 50 degrees.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift-up to 50 pounds repetitively
• Able to stand, twist, and bend for extended periods of time.
