As a Facility Safety Manager, you will perform the following duties: Safety Oversight: Manage daily fire, safety, and environmental programs for the institution Inspection Management: Complete and submit required safety inspections and reports on schedule Drill Coordination: Plan and conduct fire drills and maintain related records Training Delivery: Provide safety and environmental training for staff and inmates Program Administration: Maintain Right‑To‑Know materials, water system logs, and hazard control programs Incident Review: Investigate accidents and fires and recommend ways to prevent future occurrences Interested in learning more? WORK SCHEDULE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Full‑time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 30‑minute lunch Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $59,345.00 (before taxes) You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
