Job Title: Office Administrator Job Description

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

• Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
• Maintain filing systems as assigned.
• Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
• Manage accounts receivable.
• Handle collections.
• Assist the service manager and team as needed.
• Coordinate shipping.
• Order parts.
• Ensure that the Troy AL location runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Operate a forklift (training available if required).

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a huge plus

The position operates within an industrial environment, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to managing office tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, AL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
