Tipo de empleo: Tiempo completo Resumen del puesto El Asistente Administrativo de Franquicias brinda apoyo administrativo y operativo al equipo de Operaciones de Franquicias, contribuyendo a la ejecucion eficiente de las actividades diarias del negocio en la region Noreste. Esta posicion es responsable de coordinar procesos administrativos, mantener registros y documentacion actualizados, y apoyar iniciativas operativas de franquicias, asi como proyectos interdepartamentales relacionados con Operaciones, Capacitacion y Ventas. Buscamos una persona organizada, orientada a los detalles y con capacidad para gestionar multiples prioridades dentro de un entorno dinamico y estructurado. Este puesto desempena un papel clave en el crecimiento de las franquicias, el fortalecimiento de la coordinacion operativa y la promocion de una comunicacion consistente entre equipos, ofreciendo un soporte interno y externo confiable y de alta calidad. Responsabilidades principales Brindar apoyo administrativo y operativo integral para garantizar el correcto desarrollo de las actividades diarias en las areas de operaciones de franquicias, capacitacion y ventas, incluyendo:
- Preparar, organizar y mantener registros, reportes, correspondencia y documentacion empresarial, asegurando precision y confidencialidad.
- Gestionar calendarios, programar reuniones y coordinar viajes y logistica de eventos.
- Apoyar los procesos de incorporacion de franquicias mediante seguimiento administrativo, coordinacion y gestion documental.
- Dar seguimiento a proyectos, fechas limite y actividades operativas para asegurar su ejecucion oportuna.
- Actuar como punto de contacto para proveedores, visitantes y colaboradores internos.
- Administrar el inventario de suministros de oficina y coordinar compras y actividades relacionadas con proveedores.
- Procesar facturas, solicitudes de compra y apoyar el seguimiento de gastos y la administracion de presupuestos.
- Brindar apoyo en procesos de incorporacion de personal, coordinacion de reclutamiento, documentacion relacionada con nomina y administracion de expedientes de empleados.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de politicas, procedimientos y estandares operativos de la empresa, incluyendo lineamientos de seguridad alimentaria.
- Apoyar la preparacion de presentaciones, reportes y comunicaciones internas cuando sea necesario.
- Realizar otras funciones y proyectos especiales asignados.
- Titulo de Asociado, actualmente cursando una Licenciatura o recien graduado(a) en Administracion de Empresas, Contabilidad, Ingenieria Industrial o areas relacionadas.
- Entre 1 y 2 anos de experiencia en apoyo administrativo, administracion de oficinas o funciones similares.
- Se prefiere experiencia apoyando areas de operaciones, ventas, capacitacion o equipos multifuncionales.
- Experiencia en entornos de retail, servicio de alimentos, franquicias o empresas con multiples ubicaciones sera considerada un plus.
- Se prefiere experiencia con SAP u otros sistemas ERP.
- Excelentes habilidades de organizacion, comunicacion y relaciones interpersonales.
- Capacidad para manejar multiples prioridades con gran atencion al detalle.
- Dominio de espanol e ingles.
- Debe contar con autorizacion para trabajar en Estados Unidos sin necesidad de patrocinio actualmente o en el futuro.
