From supporting our leadership team and employees to helping ensure patients receive exceptional care, this role is essential to keeping our branch running smoothly. What You'll Do: Partner with the Executive Director to support the day-to-day operations of the branch. Serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, and staff. Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and compassion. Coordinate branch Human Resources functions, including onboarding new employees and working closely with the Home Office HR, Recruitment, and Payroll teams. Assist with payroll processing, employee timekeeping, and benefits administration. Maintain accurate employee personnel files, branch rosters, and confidential records. Manage office supplies, inventory, equipment, and company devices. Upload and maintain documentation within the EMR system. Coordinate invoices and submit them to Accounts Payable in a timely manner. Assist with IDT meeting preparation and other administrative support. Help maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and personnel documentation. Support branch audits and assist with special projects as needed. Create a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment that supports both employees and patients. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous office management or healthcare administrative experience required. Hospice office experience strongly preferred. Experience with EMR systems preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
