Corporate Finance Manager

LHH is working on an exclusive search for a Corporate Finance Manager with a large, privately held company headquartered in Kansas City. This role will report to the SVP of Finance and will play a pivotal role in supporting the consolidated US financials from an FP&A perspective. This is a high visibility role with direct access to the CEO/CFO. The Finance Manager job duties and responsibilities include: Lead global financial reporting and deliver insights to senior leadership and the board. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles. Monitor investments and define KPIs with segment finance teams. Partner with leadership on capital structure and funding strategies. Collaborate with Treasury to optimize cash flow, working capital, and risk management. Provide decision-support tools, financial models, and ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives. Build and lead the Corporate FP&A team, focusing on talent development and performance.
