This is a long-term temporary position with strong potential for permanent hire for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is committed to building a long-term career and can make an immediate impact on our Accounts Receivable operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle Accounts Receivable functionsMonitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment of outstanding invoicesConduct collection calls and follow up on past-due accountsResolve billing discrepancies and payment issuesMaintain accurate customer account recordsPrepare aging reports and provide updates on collection effortsWork closely with internal departments to resolve account issuesAssist with AR-related reporting and documentationSupport transition efforts as the company implements NetSuite ERPQualifications3-5 years of dedicated Accounts Receivable experience requiredStrong collections background with confidence making collection callsExperience managing high-volume customer accountsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelNetSuite experience strongly preferredMust be reliable, dependable, and interested in a long-term opportunityWhat We're Looking For: We are seeking someone who is talented, capable, dependable, and willing to grow with our organization.
