Professionally manage client accounts and provide support to Business Managers, Key Account Managers and Retail Operations to ensure client, customer and company expectations are met. We are seeking a motivated, self-starter with a high level of time management and organizational skills and great attention to detail to work in a positive, client driven, team based environment. Must be able to drive projects from inception to completion with little guidance. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of personnel within the Company. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Manage, process, and reconcile claims and deductions in a timely manner to prevent brokerage deductions. Prepare contracts and track spending activity for client planning and promotions via on-line customer portals. Process retail orders accurately and timely and communicate with clients, as necessary, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders. Communicate all necessary account information to our client’s category managers to ensure proper handling of new items, promotions, and price changes. Create new item forms when required. Organize and maintain files as necessary. Resolve problems in an efficient and courteous manner. Communicate effectively with Corporate Office. Some travel may be required.
