Are you an experienced automotive service professional with a passion for leadership, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence? CMA is seeking a Chevrolet Service Lane Manager to lead our service drive operations, develop high-performing service advisors, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Service Manager, Service Drive Manager, Service Lane Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Fixed Operations professional looking to advance their career with an employee-owned automotive organization.

Compensation

• $60,000 - $125,000+ annually

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations of the automotive service drive
• Coach, mentor, and develop service advisors
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
• Resolve customer concerns and service-related issues
• Monitor service department performance metrics
• Improve workflow efficiency and maximize productivity
• Work closely with technicians and dealership leadership
• Support warranty compliance and manufacturer standards
• Drive profitability while maintaining a superior customer experience
• Foster a positive, accountable, and professional team culture

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership service management experience preferred
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Experience managing automotive service operations
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and warranty administration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Automotive service management experience strongly preferred
