• Sign on bonus: $300.00
• Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE) plus additional bonus opportunity
• Schedule: 32-36 hours per week
• • 7:10 am to 5:20 pm Monday-Friday (No Weekends)

Role Requirement: This is a full-time position that requires prior dental assisting or medical assisting experience and a mandatory willingness to travel between all of our office locations (including Post Falls and Hayden).

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: 1-3 years of clinical dental assisting experience OR a certificate from an accredited dental assistant school (Prior dental assisting or medical assisting experience is required) .
• Travel: Reliable transportation and a strict willingness to travel between all clinic locations.
• Certifications: Active BLS/CPR Certification.
• Software: Familiarity with practice management software (Open Dental is a major plus!).
• Mindset: A team player with excellent communication skills, a willingness to grow, and someone who completely aligns with our mission, vision, and values.
• Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; a pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly adhere to all CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety guidelines.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Pediatric Chairside Care: Assist the pediatric dentist during clinical procedures with a high level of efficiency and a gentle touch.
• Multi-Site Support: Adapt smoothly to traveling and supporting operations across all office locations as scheduled.
• Patient Comfort: Use kid-friendly language to ease dental anxieties and create a fun, safe, and positive environment for children and their families.
• Clinical Flow: Prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment rooms efficiently while maintaining absolute safety and compliance standards.

The pay range for this role is:

16 - 24 USD per hour (Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry - Post Falls)
