Front Desk Receptionist – Pediatric Dental Company: Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry Location: Post Falls & Hayden (must travel between our local office locations) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (depending on experience) Role & Schedule Requirements: This full‑time position requires flexibility and a mandatory willingness to travel between all of our local clinic locations across Post Falls and Hayden. Travel: Reliable personal transportation and commitment to commuting across our local office sites. Safety & Compliance: This is a safety‑sensitive position. A pre‑employment drug screen is required. Manage Communications: Handle multi‑line incoming calls, answer inquiries, and coordinate appointments accurately. Operational Flow: Keep front desk administrative workflows organized, helping parents navigate scheduling and clinical information.
