We're looking for a motivated, organized, detail-oriented Client Associate to:
* maintain client information records
* educate clients on account services and capabilities
* help deliver and execute strategic initiatives to better service the clients
* help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
* collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
* plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
* schedule client meetings
* process business expenses

* SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
* Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
* Detail oriented
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
