• Approx. 1 week per month -- potential for longer assignments
• Clinic days 8 hrs -- in-house call on Thursdays and Sundays
• Post-call day Fridays -- typically out by 9 am
• NICU census: 25 - 30 patients daily
• Well-baby census: 20 - 40 per day
• Full pediatric subspecialty support available
• Procedures: intubation, chest tube, UAC/UVC, thoracentesis
• Pericardiocentesis, paracentesis required -- circumcision preferred
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
