Juliet expansion. As the lead of our sushi line, you’ll be responsible for delivering top‑tier quality, maintaining our high standards, and guiding the team in creating unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll begin with professional training at our Nashville store before stepping into your leadership role in Mt. Juliet. Job Requirements What You Will Do Lead the sushi team in creating positive, memorable guest experiences. Prepare a full range of sushi items, including rolls, nigiri, and sashimi, with expert precision. Oversee ingredient prep, portioning, and recipe execution to ensure consistency and quality. Manage ticket flow to maintain proper timing and smooth service. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and ensure the team follows suit. Uphold Rock N Roll Sushi’s standards for presentation, flavor, and overall quality. Responsibilities Ensure every dish meets RNR Sushi’s quality and presentation standards before leaving the line. Plate dishes with exceptional attention to detail, maintaining our refined aesthetic. Prioritize tasks and delegate effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborate with wait staff to accommodate special requests and food allergies. Enforce food safety and health regulations at all times. Maintain proper stock levels, oversee daily prep lists, and manage inventory needs. Stand for extended periods and perform effectively during busy shifts. Follow and help enforce shared daily cleaning schedules. Job Requirements Minimum age: 18+ preferred for a leadership role. Prior experience as a Sushi Chef required; leadership experience strongly preferred. Ability to work quickly, accurately, and with consistent quality. Strong communication skills and a team‑focused mindset. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Passion for sushi, hospitality, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
