Human Resources Generalist

What Youll Do Manage bi-weekly payroll for approximately 230 employees. Administer employee benefits, 401(k), and leave programs. Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation. Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices. Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with HR compliance, policy administration, audits, and employment law requirements. Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and organizational development. Generate HR reports and identify opportunities to improve processes and operations. What We\'re Looking For 5+ years of HR Generalist experience. Experience processing payroll for a mid-sized organization. Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Manufacturing experience is a plus.
