Senior HR Generalist - Up to $90k + bonus Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to partner closely with the HR Manager in a broad, hands‑on HR role. This position supports approximately 230 employees and is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys owning multiple facets of human resources, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and recruiting. 100% Onsite Responsibilities Process bi‑weekly payroll and administer employee benefits and 401(k). Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives. Assist with performance management, HR compliance, and policy administration. Maintain HRIS records, reporting, and payroll documentation. Partner with managers to support a positive employee experience and drive HR initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of HR Generalist experience. Experience processing payroll for a mid‑sized organization. Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits, HR compliance, and employment law.
