Production Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on, bilingual Production Supervisor to join our growing automotive manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll lead a diverse group of production employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals while driving a positive, team-oriented culture on the floor. What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and motivate production teams, ensuring collaboration and clear communication across English and Spanish-speaking employees.
• Coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet or exceed production schedules, quality targets, and safety standards.
• Oversee injection molding processes, identify root causes of issues, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Enforce all company safety policies and quality standards consistent with automotive industry expectations.
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews to help team members grow and succeed.
• Partner with maintenance, engineering, and quality departments to drive continuous improvement and innovation on the production line.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, team performance, and process metrics (OEE, scrap, efficiency, etc.).

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Injection molding experience (strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and build high-performing teams.
• Driven, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or associate degree preferred.
• Willingness to work varying shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Mechanical or technical aptitude related to plastics and molding equipment.
