About the Role
DMP is growing, and we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Support Specialist to be the engine behind our quoting process. You will own quoting end to end across both our traditional DMP product lines and our new LED product offerings — preparing quotes, following up, keeping the pipeline visible, and supporting pricing and product research.
This role exists to make the whole sales team faster and sharper. By taking ownership of quoting and follow-up, you free up our sales leaders to focus on customer growth, territory development, and new business — while you keep every opportunity moving and accountable.

What You Will Do
- Own quote preparation and management. Prepare accurate, timely quotes for both standard and custom requests; gather the pricing, freight, and product information each quote needs; coordinate internally to fill gaps; review for completeness and accuracy; handle revisions; and deliver every quote professionally and on time.
- Drive quote follow-up. Follow up on all open quotes, maintain follow-up schedules, track customer feedback and buying timelines, record outcomes, escalate significant opportunities, and steadily push up the conversion rate.
- Manage the quote pipeline. Keep the quote tracking system current (Open, Won, Lost, Follow-Up Required), monitor quote aging, flag stalled opportunities, generate pipeline reports, and give leadership clear visibility into every active opportunity.
- Support product and pricing. Help with product and pricing research, recommend products and alternatives, support margin analysis and pricing calculations, assist with custom project pricing, and build deep knowledge of DMP and LED product lines.
- Back up the broader sales effort. Process and follow up on trade show leads, assist with territory development, maintain sales documentation, keep CRM records and opportunity data accurate, generate sales activity reports, and support special sales projects as assigned.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in quoting, estimating, sales support, inside sales support, project coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once and meet deadlines independently
- Experience working with CRM systems (a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience in promotional products, printing, displays, signage, trade show products, manufacturing, or related industries
- Experience preparing custom quotations
- Experience with pricing, freight calculations, and margin analysis
- Experience supporting technical or custom-built products
