Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services. Process sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist customers with rewards program enrollment. Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and product presentation. Participate in trainings provided by the retailer and brand partners to maintain product and industry knowledge. Requirements Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong product interest. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically and handle customer concerns. Motivated to achieve sales goals and comfortable using networking and digital selling tools. Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
