HR Administrative Assistant

Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant (Bilingual, Spanish/ English)

Location: Reidsville, North Carolina

Shift: 1st shift, M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

Will work 1 Saturday every month - paid at time and a half

Pay Range: $23/ hr - $26/ hr

Full-time/ Salaried role but paid at an hourly rate (paychecks every week)

*Bonus eligible and OT is paid at time and a half

What's the Job?

• Assist in coordinating HR activities and administrative processes

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

• Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires

• Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and documentation

• Provide exceptional support to HR team members and company staff

What's Needed?

• Bilingual, Spanish/ English required

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred
