Site Human Resources Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager who can strengthen workforce reliability, support plant leadership, and build people systems that keep production running smoothly. Responsibilities: Lead all HR functions: employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and compliance. Partner with Plant Manager, Production Supervisors, and Maintenance Leadership to ensure staffing levels support production goals. Manage hourly workforce processes: attendance, corrective actions, shift changes, training records, and policy adherence. Oversee recruiting pipelines for skilled trades, production, maintenance, and leadership roles. Implement workforce development programs that improve retention, reliability, and skill progression. Maintain compliance with federal/state labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Support culture-building initiatives that improve engagement, communication, and accountability. Own HR reporting: turnover, time-to-fill, attendance trends, training completion, and workforce KPIs. Qualifications: 3+ years HR experience; manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred. Strong understanding of hourly workforce dynamics and corrective action processes. Experience supporting plant leadership teams and cross-functional operations. Ability to manage high-volume recruiting and fast-paced workforce changes. Excellent communication, documentation, and conflict-resolution skills. Working knowledge of HRIS systems, safety programs, and compliance requirements.
