B.H. Inc., is seeking a creative, dependable, and detail-oriented Baker to join our team in Bradley's Café. This position is responsible for preparing fresh baked goods for the café, company events, and catering functions. We are looking for someone who enjoys baking from scratch, takes pride in presentation, and is passionate about creating high-quality products that employees and guests will enjoy.

We are looking for the best candidates for our team and are offering our Baker a competitive wage of $15-17 per hour (depending on experience) . This position will work 20-29 hours a week and hours may vary based on cafe production needs. Early morning shifts may be required to ensure fresh baked goods are available each day. Occasional additional hours may be available during catering events, holidays, or special company functions. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous baking experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, café, or restaurant as well as knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the entire kitchen team.
