Senior HRBP - Silicon Valley

Business Strategy & Organizational Insight: Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, deeply engaging in business planning by providing key input from the "People & Organization" perspective. Diagnose and solve complex organizational challenges, such as improving collaboration and efficiency across geographical and cultural boundaries. Ensure HR strategies are seamlessly aligned with business objectives and the fast-paced, innovative rhythm of Silicon Valley. Lead recruitment and team building efforts in Silicon Valley and across the US, with a strong focus on attracting and identifying top talent with global mindsets and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Design and implement effective strategies to foster integration, communication, and collaboration among team members from diverse cultural backgrounds, building high-performing global teams. Establish and operate talent calibration and succession planning processes. Provide executive coaching to business leaders to enhance their capability in leading diverse teams. Organizational Design & Effectiveness: Lead the design of organizational structures that support rapid scaling and agile transformation. Optimize job leveling and compensation & incentive models that are competitive in the Silicon Valley tech talent market. Employee Relations & Culture Shaping: Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring full compliance with US local laws and regulations. Proactively shape and champion an inclusive, diverse, and high-engagement culture, integrating company values with the innovative spirit of Silicon Valley. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Must be able to work on-site in Silicon Valley, USA. Full professional proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required to bridge communications seamlessly between China and US teams. Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years as an HRBP deeply embedded in supporting front-line business units. Experience in the Finanical Services/Banking/Venture Capitial/Asset Management/Wealth Management industry is highly preferred. Proven success in building and managing cross-cultural teams, with a deep understanding of the nuances and management challenges related to Sino-US or East-West cultural differences. Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Development, Leadership Development, and Talent Management.
