What you'll do:

• Own the monthly billing cycle for your assigned attorneys: draft, edit, and distribute prebills and proformas

• Execute complex billing adjustments, write-downs, and rate changes with precision

• Generate and distribute client invoices; submit LEDES e-billing through client platforms and clear rejections fast

• Apply client billing guidelines and outside counsel guidelines to time entries

• Answer attorney and client billing inquiries with white-glove service

• Catch discrepancies early and bring process improvements to the billing team

What you bring:

• 3+ years of legal billing or professional-services billing experience in a law firm.

• Hands-on Aderant Elite 3E or Aderant experience required

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Month-end accuracy under high volume

• Two-year degree preferred, or equivalent experience
