Billing coordinator

We are seeking an energetic Billing Coordinator to join a fast-paced media organization supporting digital marketing and streaming platforms. Whether you are experienced in entertainment or eager to jumpstart your career in the media industry, this opportunity offers a collaborative, agile environment where you can learn and grow. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day billing and vendor operations for marketing campaign teams. You will maintain team billing trackers, manage and onboard vendors, and process 50+ monthly invoices to ensure smooth operations across streaming media products. Working closely with cross-functional partners in Accounts Payable and Financial Planning & Analysis, you will evaluate payment delays, track spend, and proactively resolve vendor inquiries.

Responsibilities

- Maintain team billing tracker and other related financial documents

- Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and any onboarding requests

- Proactively problem-solve ad hoc requests from vendors, teammates and internal clients regarding payment status and vendor information

- Respond to all emails and inquiries in a timely manner to avoid escalation

- Initiate meetings with internal teams and external partners to ensure billing processes are being followed
