Position: Billing Coordinator Location: Atlantic City, NJ Pay Rate: $20-25/hr Looking to take the next step in your billing career? We're hiring an experienced Billing Coordinator to support client billing, electronic billing, file management, and reporting in a fast-paced law firm environment! Job Responsibilities:- Set up and maintain client files in the billing system
- Manage electronic billing across multiple client platforms
- Monitor unbilled time and expenses
- Work with attorneys and staff to resolve billing questions and discrepancies
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and month-end billing reports
- Perform accurate, high-volume billing data entry
- Maintain detailed billing records and documentation
- Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
- 3+ years of law firm billing experience preferred
- SurePoint LMS+ experience required
- NetDocs experience is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
