Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support project operations and ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong project tracking and data entry skills, the ability to work effectively with multiple teams, and a proactive approach to managing schedules, updates, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Track project progress and maintain accurate project records and status reports.
• Enter, update, and manage project-related data in company systems and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
• Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain project files, documentation, and reports.
• Assist with resolving project-related issues and escalating concerns as needed.
• Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project information and data.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bethpage, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
