Job Summary Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) – Full Time – Lake Mary, FL. Join Pediatrix® Medical Group at Lake Mary Hospital, a brand-new Level II NICU under the Orlando Health system. This role supports the development of a growing neonatal program within a 124‑bed hospital that will expand to 1,200 annual deliveries. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical care for newborns in a Level II NICU setting. Collaborate with neonatologists, other NNPs, and pediatric hospitalists to deliver evidence‑based neonatal care. Participate in the development and expansion of the neonatal program. Schedule: 12‑ or 24‑hour shifts with no rotation through Winnie Palmer. Qualifications Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP. Licensed RN and valid state credentials. Experience in neonatal or neonatal‑related care (desired).
