This position offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive pain and addiction-informed care in a collaborative, well-supported federal healthcare systemwithout private practice pressureswhile enjoying an exceptional work-life balance and no state income tax Position Highlights Pain and addiction care Outpatient-focused Pain Management practice Integrated care model addressing chronic pain and substance use disorders Interventional and non-interventional pain management (as credentialed) Multidisciplinary collaboration with Primary Care, Mental Health, PM&R, Anesthesiology, and Rehabilitation Services Predictable schedule with minimal call No billing, coding, or private practice overhead NO STATE INCOME TAX Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions Provide multimodal, evidence-based pain treatment plans Perform interventional pain procedures, as privileged Integrate addiction-informed care into pain management strategies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize Veteran outcomes Preferred Experience Board Certified or Board Eligible in Addiction Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Fellowship training in Pain Management and Addiction Medicine One year of post-residency training in Pain Management and Addiction
