Recovery Court Clinical Supervisor - FT

Salary: $62,202 - $66,753As the Recovery Court Clinical Supervisor for Rutherford County, you provide senior-level oversight of clinical quality, compliance, and service consistency across recovery court programming. This onsite Supervisor role exists to ensure evidence-based practices are applied as designed, documentation is defensible, and treatment services drive outcomes for participants.Core responsibilities include evaluating, researching, and implementing evidence-based policies and procedures; reviewing reports and treatment documentation from staff; delivering ongoing consultation, training, and supervisory coaching; and leading quality assurance and continuous improvement for service coordination and community resource collaboration. In addition to supervisory duties, you provide individual, group, and family counseling, interview and counsel clients, complete referrals and follow-up, and support community development efforts with the Director.
