Elder Law & Estate Planning Paralegal / Legal Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal / Legal Assistant (4–7 years) to join our Elder Law & Estate Planning Department in Lake Success, NY . This department handles all aspects of asset protection, estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to support attorneys in a fast-paced and client-focused environment. Responsibilities: Review and summarize estate planning documents Maintain and organize client files and records Communicate with clients regarding case status and document collection Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents Prepare and manage spreadsheets and supporting materials Assist with e-filing through NYSCEF Provide general administrative and case support to attorneys as needed Qualifications: 4–7 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, preferably in estate planning or elder law Experience with NYSCEF e-filing Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable communicating directly with clients and attorneys Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000 , commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and more #J-18808-Ljbffr
